It could be said that our customer service is our best asset. That’s because, at Advent Hair, we are committed to our customers and their needs. We get to know every client, so we can truly provide them with everything they need to feel and look the best version of themselves. Your satisfaction is our priority, so all our hair replacement systems have an unconditional 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not completely happy with your hairpiece and want to return the product or make some adjustments, we offer the following policy, with no questions asked:

• Custom wigs - we will either rebuild/repair the hair system or refund 50% of the purchase price.
  
  
• Stock hairpieces - we will refund 75% of the purchase price (due to a 25% restocking fee).

IMPORTANT: The hair system must be returned to us in its original condition within 15 days of receipt. We cannot offer a refund if the hair has been combed, cut, or washed or the 15 days have passed.

Can Advent Hair recreate a piece I like if I wanted?

Advent Hair is an expert at recreating any hair replacement system to the utmost precision, including hair systems for men and women, natural human hair wigs, and the finite unique details of a custom wig. So, if you have an old favorite hairpiece that you’re struggling to depart with, you can send it to us, and we will replicate it and restore it to its former glory.

How long will my hair replacement systems take to arrive?

To give you an idea, at Advent Hair, most hair systems for men take between 8 to 10 weeks to be made and sent to the customer. Hair systems for women take between 8 to 12 weeks, depending on the complexity of the order. In the case of a hair emergency, we can even get orders out between 4 to 5 weeks. However, that luxury comes with an additional fee!
