# Reducing Stress to Avoid Women’s Hair Loss

One of the major factors of women’s hair loss is stress. Stress is certainly a huge problem in everyone’s lives. It seems like every day there is something new that only adds to our levels of stress. Even though stress is a common cause of hair loss, it is also something that can be reduced. Here are some small ways you can reduce the stress in your life:
