Using toupee tape is a cinch

• Before you can begin to use your toupee tape, you need to simply lay your hair system on a table with the top side facing down. Brush any wayward hair away from the edges of the skullcap. You’ll be using the toupee tape to attach the system to your scalp.

• Cut the toupee tape into small pieces and press them along the edge of the skullcap. Do this so that the pieces overlap slightly—but don’t extend over the edge of the skullcap material. Toupee tape works like any other double sided tape you may have used. Be sure to remove the strip before you try to affix it to your scalp.

• Make sure the toupee tape that you have purchased is able to support your hair system for the length of time that you desire. Toupee tape comes in different colors that all have slightly different levels of adhesion.

• Place the hair system on your head. Be careful not to let any of the hair from the top get underneath the skullcap. Press firmly along the edge.
