If you're experiencing hair thinning and/or hair loss, you know the debilitating effect it can have on your confidence. Your confidence level is the result of a great deal of contributing factors, some of which you can control, and others, not so much.

So if you want to live a happier, more confident life, don't you owe it to yourself to improve the aspects which you can control? We believe so, and therefore, want to encourage you to take control of your worsening hair loss to restore your hair-confidence and dramatically improve your life.

The Relationship Between Hair and Confidence:

There is a lot of truth in the saying that “it’s what’s on the inside that matters.” Positive personality traits will always trump physical appearance when choosing who you want to be around. The only problem is that what’s on the outside often negatively impacts what’s on the inside, leaving you with a double loss.

This seems to be more true with hair than maybe any other physical trait. Hair loss tends to have a more drastic emotional effect on women than men, but still, 75% of men reported feeling less confident upon the onset of hair loss. So realy... it's a concern for all genders.

You may think it is a bit superficial and worrisome that you place so much importance on your hair, but if you understand why, you'll realize that it makes sense… and that this particular way of thinking won't be changing anytime soon.

Whether you think back to the mythological tale of Samson and his glorious hair, or the founding fathers of America with their sizeable wigs, you cannot dispute the importance hair has on self-perception. Hair has remained important to perception over the course of history because of the fundamental traits it resembles: youth and vitality.

The desire to appear youthful has been with humans since the caveman days and is not likely to ever go away. Your brain is aware of that desire and will constantly cause you unnecessary stress because of it. Therefore, you should address the problem to the best of your ability to restore your confidence and increase your feeling of inner peace.

Importance of confidence in everyday life:

Work: I’m sure you know that confidence is an important trait to have in your workplace, but do you know just how important it truly is? Carnegie Mellon conducted a study that revealed that a professional’s confidence is more important than their skillset, reputation, and history. Wow! So, having seen the high correlation between hair with confidence, you can easily assume that solving your hair loss issue with a hair system will have a positive effect on your work career.

Relationships: Not only is confidence an attractive feature, it also produces a great deal of other positive features in a person. When you’re self-assured, you’re able to cut out the negative talk inside your head and better focus your attention on the people you’re with. A good listener is one of the top traits you look for in a friend, and dealing with your insecurities will allow you to be that for others.

Along with becoming a better listener, you'll also become a better talker! You know that the main reason people like to gossip and talk down on others is because it is an attempt to make themselves feel better about their own problems and insecurities.

Not only is a gossiper annoying to be around, but the act of gossiping actually makes you feel worse! So it's best to avoid gossiping at all costs. And the best way to do so? By increasing your self-confidence and not feeling the need to fall into that nasty trap!

We hope this post has helped give you some clarity. Let us help you take control of your life so that you can become a happier, more confident you!
