Everyone that wears a hair system had to start at some point, right? Here’s a funny story that came to us from a woman about the first time she decided to try wearing a wig. You’ll soon see why she gets all of her supplies from Advent Hair now!

Dear Advent Hair,

I tried wearing a wig for the first time about ten years ago. I went to a party at my aunt’s house, and I decided to wear my wig. I didn’t know much about wigs—so I just shoved my hair up in the wig, and threw it on. Everyone at the party complimented my hair, and I felt very good about myself.

I was helping my aunt cook, and she asked me to get something out of one of the lower cabinets. Well, the pan she wanted was way in the back of this cabinet. I had to stick my head in a bit. The next thing you know, I hit the top of my head. That caused my poorly-secured wig to come unfastened in the front. I freaked out!

I tried to run into the bathroom, but my aunt stopped me. I hoped she didn’t notice that my wig was all off-kilter. I was so embarrassed.

Needless to say, I never wore that wig again! I was afraid to wear one for years after that incident. But now with Advent Hair, I can feel secure knowing that my WIG is secure!
