3.     Use a towel to gently dab the synthetic hair.  Avoid trying to wring the water out. 

4.     A spray conditioner for synthetic hair should be applied at this point.  Silicon K is an excellent choice.  Place the hair piece on a mannequin head to air dry.  A hair dryer can be used, but only on a cool setting.

5.     While the synthetic hair is still damp, spray a little Silicon K on it, then brush gently into your preferred style. 

Washing Human Hair Hair Pieces

1.     Brush the hair thoroughly but gently to remove any tangles.  Human hair is very susceptible to tangles.  Note:  A human hairpiece can be shampooed while wearing or unattached – your choice.
 
2.     Wet under flowing water from the shower head or sink.  Being careful to not tangle the hair

3.     Gently massage shampoo formulated specifically for hair pieces into the hair, then rinse to remove the shampoo.   A little shampoo is best.

4.     Apply conditioner to the hair in the same manner that you applied the shampoo, by gently spreading it in with your fingers. Rinse the conditioner out and gently dab the hair with a towel to dry it.   A hair dryer can be used as well. Place the hair piece on a mannequin head to dry.

5. Spray a quality leave-in conditioner to keep the hair smelling fresh and less prone to tangles.
